Kitchen Pantry Essentials

If you've been following me for a while, you'll know that I'm all about food quality.

The food industry is an absolute MAZE of misleading and confusing information, making it so important to vet the products we use.

Because I get my meat and produce at the farmers market, I know the products are local and I can talk to the farmers about their growing practices.

Pantry items are usually bought online which presents a bit more of a challenge.

After doing a ton of research and testing, here are my top everyday essentials for your pantry.

Redmond Sea Salt

The only salt I use. I love that it’s locally mined in Utah and tested free from toxins and heavy metals.

I put it on everything I eat & drink, travel with it, and no joke I go through a bag of it every month.

Pure Monkfruit Powder

I love this 100% pure monkfruit because it’s organic and contains no weird additives like erythritol.

I’m a huge fan of monkfruit as a zero calorie sweetener because you don’t get blood sugar spikes from it, it doesn’t cause stomach issues and there’s no weird aftertaste like you get with stevia.

I add it to my oatmeal, protein pancakes, matcha lattes, cold brews, and any desserts I make at home.

Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

This is the best cinnamon. It’s also organic and tested for heavy metals, which is important because heavy metals are commonly present in low quality cinnamon.

I put this in my coffee, oatmeal, and pretty much every dessert I make.

Gopal’s Tahini

Hands down favorite tahini. It has the perfect semi-drippy texture and zero bitter taste you sometimes get with tahini.

Plus it’s organic, raw, and comes in a glass jar.

Grove & Vine Olive Oil

Quality is so important with olive oil, especially if you consume it on a regular basis.

This is one of my favorite brands of olive oil known for their rigorous sourcing standards.

I personally don’t heat this oil, but rather use it as a finishing oil and drizzle over veggies or in salad dressings. For high heat cooking, I use butter or tallow.

Natural Force MCT Oil

I love this one because it’s organic and comes in a glass bottle instead of plastic.
